Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott – Benton AR

- Project Description: This project consisted of the ground up construction of a 4 story, 79 room hotel. This hotel was the first built in the midsouth under this new prototype. This project featured multiple interior and exterior finishes, indoor pool, full bar/lounge, breakfast area, and rear patio. The porte cochere features exposed curved glu laminated beams and tongue and groove wood planks. We brought this project to completion 1 month prior to the anticipated completion date.
Riviera Condominiums

- Project Description: This project consisted of the complete interior and façade demolition of the historic eleven story Riveria Towers in Little Rock. This building was stripped down to the structure and then the façade was rebuilt along with the main MEP infrastructure, interior finishes at the core of the building, and new parking deck structure.
